Services

We provide radon testing, radon mitigation system design and installation, and related consulting services. All services are performed according to industry standards and applicable regulations.

Quotes & Estimates

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be subject to change after an in-person inspection.

  • If additional work is required (e.g., due to unexpected property conditions), we will inform you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Warranties & Limitations

  • Mitigation systems are designed to reduce radon levels to below the EPA action level of 4.0 pCi/L, but results can vary depending on property conditions.

  • We do not guarantee radon levels will remain below the action level indefinitely, as levels can change over time due to soil, weather, or home modifications.

  • Homeowners are responsible for scheduling follow-up testing to monitor radon levels.

Customer Responsibilities

By hiring us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property.

  • Allow safe and reasonable access to the property for testing and installation.

  • Follow recommended maintenance and monitoring instructions for your system.

Liability

  • We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications to the system.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, supply shortages).

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Website Use

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by Blue Line Radon Testing & Mitigation and may not be copied or reused without permission.

  • Our website may include links to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to Terms
